Your right to deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to request

• From your account: delete from your client profile at app.bigwinstudio.com.
• By email: send request to info@bigwinstudio.com.

What gets deleted

• User account and auth credentials.
• Client profile and associated project data.
• Stored Facebook/Instagram access tokens and linked metadata.
• Contact form submissions and communication records.

Facebook and Instagram data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account through our platform, all associated data — including access tokens, page information, and metadata — will be permanently deleted as part of the data deletion process. You may also disconnect your social accounts independently from your client profile without deleting your full account.

To independently revoke Big Win Studio's access to your Facebook account, you may also do so from your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations.

Processing time

Self-service deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Data we may retain

After deletion, we may retain anonymized, non-identifiable records for accounting and legal compliance purposes (e.g. invoice records required by law). These records contain no personal information that can identify you.
