Terms of Service

1. Service scope

We provide social media content production, channel management, and paid ad operations. Exact deliverables are defined during onboarding and documented in the agreed production sheet.

2. Pricing and billing

Fees are based on active scope and volume (posts, reels, channels, and ads). Billing may be monthly or weekly, as agreed during onboarding. Payments run via Stripe.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime with 14 calendar days notice by emailing info@bigwinstudio.com.

4. Refunds

• Not started: full refund.
• Produced not published: production fee applies, management fee does not.
• Delivered services: non-refundable.

5. Content ownership

Once invoices are paid, produced assets belong to the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Limitations

We cannot guarantee specific follower, reach, or revenue outcomes, since platform and market factors are outside direct control.

Big Win Studio is not responsible for performance variations caused by changes in third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google), advertising account restrictions, or external market factors.

For paid ads, results also depend heavily on how your team follows up on generated leads. If quality leads are generated but not properly followed up, we cannot guarantee sales or conversion outcomes.

7. Updates to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
